Non-Stick Fluted Quiche / Tart Pan

Let’s just say, for example, that you do not consider yourself a baker. You walk by the bakery counter at your local market and the sight of the fancy fig tarts strike fear and intimidation into your heart. Let’s also say though that you’ve stumbled upon the pan that may change how you approach baking such culinary delights. This pan would have a high abrasion resistance, two-coat PTFE non-stick surface, because honestly, don’t we all have enough piecrust worries without being concerned about it sticking? It would have a removable bottom to help you lift your finished tart away cleanly, and a classic fluted edge. Our version of this pan is available in both a 9-inch and 11-inch diameters (both 1” deep).
